Due to the location of the apartment house (party zone nearby), it is not the ideal place for people with young children or babies. Families with slightly older, school age children are welcomed.
The rooms are for 2, 3, 4 persons. There is no possibility to add extra beds. Please choose your room accordingly when booking.

You can pay by cash, credit card or bank transfer. You can also pay the total amount of your bill in EUR.
Cancellation 10 days before arrival is free of charge. Cancellations within 10 days will be refunded in instalments, see the House Rules for details.

Each time after a disinfectant cleaning, our rooms are sterilized with ozone from a high-powered ozone generator, providing an additional guarantee of a safe, virus-free environment. Rooms are thoroughly ventilated after cleaning and ozone treatment.
Soap dispensers in the bathrooms are filled with disinfectant liquid. Please always wash your hands thoroughly when using the soap dispenser when entering or leaving the room.
Disposable paper towels have been placed in the bathrooms and the common kitchen and should be thrown in the waste bin immediately after use.
Hand sanitizer dispensers are available in the central areas of the apartment building and should be used when entering or leaving the apartment building.
An anti-bacterial mat has been placed at the main entrance of the apartment building to remove invisible dirt on entry, thus reducing the risk of infection in the apartment building.
The communal areas and frequently affected surfaces of the apartment building are disinfected several times a day with disinfectants and ventilated several times a day.
